3 Steps to Taking Action After a Motivational Speech

The thing you have to realize is, it doesn't matter how much you learn today, what matters is your ability to actually implement it And so what's important, is for you to recognize there's a great change in you and what you learn today and you have some insights and perspectives and you want to take those insights and perspectives and bring them back into your work environment

But the challenge you have, is what if your work environment hasn't changed at all, because it hasn't So, you make all these insights and great, you like the learnings, and then you go over here and you're like, wait a minute it's exactly the same And I haven't changed, but I change, but then I don't change and then everything's the same and I'm over all my work and next thing I forget all about the presentation and what we want to do is create implementation to the action steps we're making And so what you want to be aware of, is what is the action steps you can take based on what you learned today, what commitments can you make and most importantly create an accountability partner You guys are all in the same boat you all went to the same presentation turn to the person next to you and say let's text, let's email, let's support each other because the chance of you having success is greater if someone's holding you accountable and they're reminding and helping you remember the importance of the things you're committing to
