Transformational Trek – How Will It Help Me?

Hi, this is Cat from Reach the Peak, and I just wanted to tell you a little bit about Transformational Treks and how it might help you So the Transformational Trek is taking three and a half days out to go and spend some time really focusing on something that's really important to you – and when was the last time you actually invested in yourself like that? While you're away, you'll be surrounded by other women who are going through a similar situation, so you've got that network of support that you can draw on, and you'll also be led by myself – I'm a qualified Mountain leader and I'm also an NLP Master Practitioner, and we'll be using some of those coaching techniques which I myself have experienced to make a change similar to this when I left a corporate job and started my own business

So you've got some of my personal experience that you can draw on as well In terms of the coaching, there's lots of different things we'll look at, with a mix of techniques, from co-coaching each other, to working with me on a one-to-one basis, and also doing some group coaching Some of the things we'll be exploring will be looking at the situation that you're in, and the decisions perhaps that you'veor choices in the decision that you've got to make and aligning those decision options with your own personal values – so what is it that's really important to you? What is it that you're really passionate about? And how do your different options align, or not, with that? We'll also be looking at a model called Dilts, which looks at aligning all of your life together, so the environment that you're operating in, the behaviours that you're doing in your everyday life, and in your working life It looks at the skills and capabilities that you've got, any areas of expertise that you can draw on, and it looks at your values and beliefs, and also your identity – so who are you? Who is it that you want to be? And what is it that you want to be doing? And alongside that, we'll also be looking at the resources that you need to make your transition – so not just the stuff that you need, and the things that you need to know, but those internal resources as well, so things like confidence, courage, motivation How can you find those within yourself to make the transition in the way that you want to, to be really successful? And then we'll also be looking at what's called a Well-Formed Outcome, so once you know which decision option you're going to take, how can you make that option really real, and bring it really alive for yourself, to give you something really crystal clear to aim for?
