Education loan Grace Period Extension Act – Amends name IV (Pupil Assistance) of this advanced schooling Act of 1965 to give the grace period before payment must begin on Direct Stafford Loans from six months to 12 months after borrowers stop to carry at one-half that is least the standard full-time scholastic workload.

Extends the federal interest subsidy on Direct Stafford Loans to any or all associated with the interest accrued on such loans ahead of the loan payment duration starts. (Presently, the subsidy pertains to most of the interest accrued before a debtor ceases to transport at the least one-half the standard full-time scholastic workload. )
