Self-esteem: How to feel better about yourself

Hi Andy here So recently we asked you what pack you would most like to see on the Headspace app and you asked for self-esteem so I'm really happy to tell you that we have a new 30 day pack launching soon with self-esteem and the idea of the pack is not to replace all the negative chatter with positive chatter

If it was that easy you would have done that already Instead it's to see through the nature of thought all together so it doesn't matter what thoughts arise in the mind, positive, or negative It's not important We know that place is within our self And if we train in that experience then it becomes something that we not only experience in the exercise itself but in our everyday life as well

Doesn't matter what thoughts come about our self, doesn't matter what other people might think about us There's this place of quiet confidence within that's not affected by our internal world or our external world I really hope you enjoy and get a lot out of it I look forward hearing your feedback and I'll see you back here for day one of self-esteem
