Over the last couple of years we've significantly expanded our digital out of home footprint The previous ATS that we used was in direct contrast to our ethos as a business because we're digitally led and really innovative and essentially it was the opposite of that It was clunky, frustrating With our previous system job ads were the sole source for all of our candidates There was never enough time to get through the pile of CV's
It certainly didn't have the level of tracking that would be ideal to know where they are within a process If they weren't suitable for that particular role that was essentially it When we moved away from our previous ATS it was probably about a six-month journey We worked really closely with our Customer Success Manager to ensure that we'd create the right plan, which meant that the transition to the LiveHire platform was a really smooth one The plan we implemented was specific to oOh!media
It wasn't a general off-the-shelf implementation What's an important part of our Talent Acquisition strategy is Active Talent Pools Identifying the critical talent areas within our business, and creating Talent Pools that talk to those critical areas By having an Active Talent Pool it's enabled our speed to market to increase and our time to hire to decrease The biggest effect that life has had on oOh!media is that in has enabled us to have one source of truth
Incorporating not only the talent that comes from job boards but importantly the talent that's coming from our Talent Pools and Talent Community To use a system that we have faith and trust in that the data in it is accurate and importantly for these of the system is to use a system that is intuitive to them My team love LiveHire It's enabled them to be more productive, to engage with their candidates in a simplistic but authentic way I would absolutely recommend LiveHire
